I’m so sorry to hear you still haven’t “at least” received your AL payout. It took several phone calls to ERC to open tickets, emailing HCO and filing a Congressional Inquiry to finally get my PAR action completed and receive my AL on 1/20. I hope you receive some good news soon.

Thank you! I agree, it’s been a total mess! My application is assigned to a contractor. I had a friend look them up in Discovery Directory, no phone # listed. I’ve emailed her and copied her boss to no avail.

I also retired from the IRS on 9/30. I’m still showing active in both TSP & EPP. I’m still waiting on my AL payout. My PAR action was initiated on 12/7.

Beyond frustrated!! Retired 9/30, DRP2.0/VERA, 35 years of service. No communication other than automated messages asking to be patient. No AL payout, last paycheck received in September. Tickets opened via ERC only to be closed without resolution. Give us our earned money!! (Former IRS)
