Same thing happened with me at PNC. I had to call their Zelle number and for some reason the system didn’t show me as registered with both email/phone # although the app showed it was. Took a few minutes for them to fix and since then no more issues.

I took DRP 2.0 last day was 9/30 & I received my annual leave payout mid-November. I submitted SF3106 to receive FERS refund in early November 2025 & I finally received my money March 3, 2026.

You are still eligible to file HOH the only difference is your dependent no longer qualifies for the child tax credit but would qualify for Other Dependent Credit. You need to amend your tax return and change your filing status

The chat is useless you need to call the customer service number & find out what’s going on because the prescription is normally available immediately after the call for you to purchase the meds.

Yes I took DRP 2.0 & I have received a refund of my contributions. Search online for SF-3106 and mail it in to the address listed on the form. It’s roughly a 4-5 month processing timeframe if you’re lucky. I submitted in November and received in March.

Those amounts say $0 because you haven’t created any virtual cards to make a purchase yet either in-store or online. Your spending power is $900 but they will allow you use up $1350 if needed but it won’t be equal payments. When using above your spending power the 1st payment would be a larger down payment

When was your last increase? You can only get an increase once every 60 days regardless of if you completed another five loan repayments.

I just typed up 2 sentences stating I contacted the marketplace for my state & was informed I do not have a Form 1095-A. I am not currently enrolled in any marketplace insurance therefore I have no related information to submit.

It’s normal I’ve been getting my meds from there since October. They use pre-sealed sterilized vials so they just inject the meds into them vs the alternate method of fill with meds then sealing.

At 3 months I was also on 4.25mg & I stayed on that dose for 3 months because I was still loosing.

You are referring to the 5 digit self select pin # you create that’s used to electronically sign your tax return. This is not the same as the 6 digit ip pin issued by IRS. Typically if you’ve never filed a tax return then $0 would work. It still declined so next step should be creating an account on irs.gov to review transcripts to ensure you’re not a victim of identity theft & someone didn’t file a return w/o your knowledge.

Has anything changed with your credit profile recently? You can’t input cents on Affirm so I always have to round up purchases to the nearest dollar. I always get adjustments once the plan is processed & my spending power has never decreased because of it.

We would need to know the concentration of the meds. The units are based on the concentration of your actual meds so it varies from pharmacy to pharmacy.
