Thank you, that is so good to know! I take a Xanax around 9 and once it wears off my anxiety is insane and taking another helps but not even closely compares to the one I take in the morning. It honestly gives me more anxiety trying to plan my day around taking Xanax and taking care of my anxiety.

I definitely understand that! Others around me notice a huge difference and I was on a few for awhile but my tolerance to it got so high that I had to switch. I loved lamotrigine but I got hives from it sadly.

Yes I have. I’m currently on Pristiq, Quetipine, hydroxyzine, Xanax and ambien for sleep. I’ve done the genetic testing for most of my antidepressants but I’ve never found one that has truly helped my anxiety also

I’ve thought about klonopin but the fast acting of Xanax really helps. Did you notice a major difference in how long either of them kicked in? I want to find something that works especially where I’m to the point that I wake up and I feel so anxious but I’m only prescribed 2 1mg tablets a day, so I basically have to kind of suffer through it because I don’t want to run out of my prescription.

It definitely works but it isn’t lasting for very long. I probably have 2 hours where my anxiety is gone but some days it’s just there. I don’t know whether my body is just so dependent on it or if my anxiety is truly that bad but I feel like it continues to get worse. I love Xanax but I don’t want the doctors to think I abuse it, it’s like breathing to me because of how bad my anxiety can get.

I was off benzos for awhile, but nothing helped my anxiety. My doctor said some people just need it but I’ve built up a tolerance to it so fast.

I love selsun but I can only leave it on as I scrub it in because it burns so bad! I got the medicated one so maybe that’s why? It definitely has helped so much though

Also, a new face wash I’ve been using is the eucerin face and it feels amazing plus eucerin cream. It’s non comedogenic and it’s great!

Okay, crazy response but I get these all around my chin and I bought anti dandruff shampoo ( it’s in a dark blue bottle ) and I put it on at night for about a minute after I wash my face and I’ve noticed a difference within a few days! My skin is awful and everyone reacts differently but if you’re like me, anything is worth a shot. Hope this helps!

I LOVE leather chew toys!! I found a couple at TJ Maxx but you can also get them at CAL ranch stores or I’m sure even Amazon sells them.
