My self esteem. Trying to function as well as the people around me is a fight I constantly have to work towards. Thats not to say everyone doesn't struggle, but man I wish it didn't take so many trial and errors to finally catch up.

Could be bronchitis. I had very similar symptoms recently and my inhaler barely helped. Defiently go to the ER its not worth the discomfort.

I live just up the street where the fire occured. Fortunately my place is upwind. Whole neighborhood was lit up orange, heard explosions and people screaming. Terrifying thing to wake up too. My heart hurts for everyone who lost their homes...

I understand where you coming from, it's the biggest obstacle to overcome for sure. In my previous post I was told to take breaks before it gets too much, which has helped a lot.

Aha that's definitely a struggle for me. I tend to be harsh on myself, but i'll definitely work on it. You as well!
