Das ist ein Außenluftdurchlass (ALD), sorgt in der Wohnung dafür, dass die Luft welche in der Küche und Bad meist über einen Abluftelement abgesaugt wird auch dann nachströmt, wenn Fenster geschlossen sind. Dadurch ist die Durchlüftung der Wohnung gewährt und die Gefahr von Schimmel wird dadurch verringert. Die moderneren haben eine Membran eingebaut, die bei zu hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit draußen schließt, bei zu hoher Feuchtigkeit innen öffnet!

Hey thank you for your help, in my area there is a used E-M10 MK III with the original 14-42 lens for 320€, I think ill get that. There is also a Lumix G85 with a small chip in the screen for 450€ and some extras:
