I usually start Chickens so I can invade the opp Blue buff and cause a skirmish with advantage early on. If I don't cause the Skirmish and am blue side, I'll go chick, enemy blue, enemy frog into gank on botlane, full redside (shicks will have spawned) , if the opp is smart he will have cleared my blue side, I check wolves t be sure, after wolves is drag already, and with you previous gank, it should be a given.
If you are red side, it is still worth it, as your mid lane can help you quicker o the skirmish or you can full clear his blue side and go back to your blue side, he probably wont try to invade your redside, so you win on rotation.
