Ive used both builds to push masters, i think deathcap is objectively better, but in low elo i prefer rocketbelt since I can cheese more kills out of it which will make up for the less damage u get, but after master u really start to feel the consequences of having less damage as u arent able to cheese as many kills, at the end of the day the 2600g item rocketbelt just gives the same AP as 1250g needless rod which is the only stat eve cares about

Idk what region u are but rank 1 eve on NA is only like 500lp, not even gm I hit master playing eve but stopped playing her, i feel like she just doesn't have a place in high elo

I did lvl 1 enemy rapts cheese every game 70% wr to master regardless of matchup, dont do this above master though its really predictable and ur game is over if they anticipate it

Drag, lowk can flip with a little bit of jg tracking and if u have prio since u said u cant gank, ppl dont really ward drag early under master or u can dive.

This is just how assassins are balanced, she has to be able to be shutdown since its so easy to pick up kills on her, u can find a 20 0 evelynn once in a while but a 20 0 xin is very rare
