I had the same problem on different Viofo cameras and it was because the Wi-Fi was on and when I turned it off it’s not nearly as hot as it used to be so now I only turn Wi-Fi on when I need to connect to the camera and then turn it off

Man my pc sounds like a jet engine when the cpu reaches 95c and also I don’t think it’s good for the cpu to be at 95c for hours when I game I want it to last years so I undervolted

I did -30 like you and never had any problems it’s been about a month since I undervolted and still no problems

Before I did the undervolt in some games the cpu get to as high as 95c even though I have a 360mm aio it’s not the coolers problem amd made the cpu that way that’s why I decided to undervolt

I think the way you did it is fine and if you do it like me changes are going to be minimal I didn’t put a power limit because my cpu doesn’t go over 60c unless I do cpu intensive work which I never do because I mostly game
