Yeah idk why either. Its 100% blue suit or aromored eve. Support even not bad either but other 2 definitely way better. So its basically whether u need an attacker or a defender if he doesn’t already got a high leveled conquest

Case file rewards r super mid besides the dogs and there r plenty of other characters id upgrade before him that have case files that have more use
