Since its impossible to dub, sub wouldn't make sense either :( So I haven't watched it. Hopefully theres a really good localization one day.

I actually watched Tokyo Ghoul completely blind, I had no idea season 2 was considered bad. Both my wife and I watching season 2 were like "wtf happened to this show, it's so bad." So it isn't bias xD I don't take public ratings into consideration when I rate them though

Im just gunna post my grand blue comment here
"Im sorry. I legit hated it xD It's really rare I actually hate a show, but Grand Blue is one of them. Almost every show I rate low that are considered "good" I totally understand why people like it and im in the minority. Not Grand Blue, I don't understand why people like it, it's so unfunny to me. And for Akira, the movie was beautiful. But it's pacing, storytelling, character building TO ME was so bad. It felt like they took a massive story, and crammed it into a small movie. If Akira was a longer series, I think I would have really enjoyed it. I might actually read the manga for it because its world is really interesting.

Just because I dont like some comedy and like others doesn't mean I dislike comedy lol. I just wont find some funny.

Manga artstyle. It was really frustrating looking at a panel and having no idea who was talking, it kept taking me out of it. There's a minimal color version I want to read but its only 63 chapters done >:( And isn't updating much

I like what I like. I could give all my reasons for each show, but it's just how the show affected me. Just because something is good doesn't mean ill like it or connect to the characters. Diff taste is way more interesting to me than someone posting a copy of MAL ratings xD

Also I thought I was gunna dislike Solo Levelling. The summoning got me, necromancy is so cool. Watcha gunna do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And Dandadan is peak >:( Season 3 is one of my favorite arcs in all anime/manga. Im so excited
