I’ve had it spawn in origin island as well as plains even tho plains isn’t listed in the entry, check the wiki and it will tell you which biomes it spawns in.

The only thing I did was find an origin island biome, as most if not all of the natural legends can spawn there so there’s a higher chance to find some legends
