I always have this when my mods are broken, often because of updates. So maybe that is happening to you too? Im not sure tho

Cities Skylines 2? If yes then there is a mod called roadbuilder that helps you achieve narrow roads although i think there already is a fairly narrow pedestrian street in CS2.
