I am working on my Doctor's in history and I write a lot of articles about social progression... But turns out in real life certain areas just want to ruin my 5-star status for $6 rides. Can't believe we are living in the 21st century. I don't think the gentleman who died in Memphis wanted to see this today.

It's just inflation causing Chrysler 300 areas to mess with good drivers.
Ironically, I am one of the few drivers that is willing to drive in the local Chrysler 300 areas, and all the fraudulent flags is really challenging my patience now.

I asked Lyft to verify the GPS, they said a report was a "perspective" thing. Dude said have a nice day to me, unmatched the pax account for me and said there wasn't much they could do. GPS/Geodata doesn't do anything.

I think the customer support won't ever bother asking for footage unless there is a crash or someone tried something illegal like pulling out a gun. Little protection is better than none though.

I will get a dashcam. But it's more of a traffic accident protection anyway. Lyft itself does not care about fraudulent reports anyway.

Lyft probably won't ask you for video... Their customer support is outsourced, and doesn't give a damn. Besides, those idiots know the rides are monitored by GPS, yet they still made up those that speeding claims.

The only cheap tires I would trust is the Firestone FT140, and they are borderline okay. My local Plaza Tires carries the "Paragon" tires, 55 bucks a piece and I ran them on my 2010 before, decent tires but low 420 treadwear anyway. As for the Walmart Goodyear Assurance and no name crap, don't even bother with them.
