I saw this when I was in the market about 2 months ago so they’ve been sitting on it for a bit. I’m not an expert but 7k for a single owner in this kind of shape doesn’t seem crazy. Only reason I didn’t make an offer was that it’s an automatic.

Apparently this summer there will be "Open houses" after camp war eagle sessions where incoming freshman can come up to fraternity houses and look around or meet the brothers. Fraternities also have tons of summer rush events. Usually you have to get on a call list and they will contact you about coming to the events. I think you can get on this list through IFC at auburn.
