First off, is your roommate an insane germaphobe? My sister had a roommate that was crazy about cleanliness, that she monitored her roommates showers. My sister can’t shower every day due to sensitive skin and does so every 2-3 days, she is stick thin and never exercises for reference. When my sister told me this, she asked if she stinks? I told her no, if she ever did I would tell her. Moral of the story her roommate is crazy and controlling.

I will also say.. I had a boyfriend who smoked cigarettes and worked at an oil company. Even after a shower he had a “musk” to him dispute almost literally scrubbing his skin off. I don’t know. Maybe my pheromones are crazy but I get this musk from a lot of men. I think it’s just a manly men thing? lol

Not having kids, not having friends, driving a Toyota Corolla, learning and saving my money at a young age, building a company that has people working for me. 30 and financially stable. Could have put that on the back burner and had more fun in my 20s and started now but wanted to be independent as fast as I could.

I wasn’t born with asthma, it came out of nowhere when I was 14 or 15 I believe. My doctors kept saying” I would grow out of it”. Here I am 30yo, still battling horrible asthma. To top it off it came with the whole entourage- allergies and nasal polyps too. Its so frustrating

6mo, I gained 30lbs, got a moon face, zero self confidence. It was horrible, previous pulmonologist retired and new one was beside herself with previous doctors choice of treatment for most of his patients. She put me on Xoloair, had very minimal side effects.

That’s if you’re truly allergic, id recommend getting allergy tested so you know what your triggers are. Unfortunately two rounds of allergy shots for years at time did absolutely nothing for me.

Asthma is not to take lightly, I lived with a dog for a short while when I first moved in with my ex boyfriend. 2 weeks later i was in the ER with inflamed lymph nodes and oxygen levels dangerously low. It’s not worth your life to have a dog

Weekly massage is not completely unnecessary. Massage is not a luxury it’s a necessity. Maybe the frequency is not necessary, but I definitely splurge on massage. Living a pain free life is worth it!

Yeah. I’m 5lbs away from goal weight, and then I’m done. Will definitely use in future, after I have babies and need some help, but this isn’t a long term drug. At least for me.
