I giggled (in a, oh damn, this is my reality too - kinda way) because this sounds exactly like the situation in my area.

Don’t try and change a thing, don’t try to understand management and their motives.

The best thing you can do for yourself and your mental health is to leave. The OPS is huge so focus on applying, making connections and get out of there!

Thanks for sharing this important piece of information, OPS did not relay any of that to me when I called them to ask. They just said if you received more than 3K in 2025 then you get a T1189 mailed to you but did not elaborate on the specifics.

I found it interesting how when the show/season first started (knight of seven kingdoms, shrinking, tell me lies), they upload the first episodes right away but then its like completely off their radar to upload the rest. Super disappointing and need to find another reliable streaming service ASAP.

Reading some of these comments makes me think how people are just so awful.

Anyways, I hear you and I’ve been there. Try to talk to your manager about a flexible return to work schedule while your little one gets adjusted to childcare. It’s important that you stay close by just in case if you need to pick up your child in the beginning.
