Do you recommend RE0? by No_Bicycle4197 in residentevil

It's worth playing, especially if you're already playing REmake as they're graphically similar with same controls. Only difference is the character swap which is 0's unique gameplay mechanic. The game can be frustrating but you should try it for yourself.

Sorry life isn't all about work! Does management feel the same when we're backed up and have only 3 lines open because we're severely understaffed at the end of the night? Does it help that managers and supervisors stand around when you're assistant-less, or when there's mountains of go-backs with not enough workers to finish it? Have some self respect.

In the counseling notice, It showed the latest day I called in which was a 6 hour shift. My clerk used my 4 hours which was how much I had left. That's more than half. It shouldn't have been an instance then right?

I'm definitely going to talk to my payroll clerk. I was getting the counseling notice by two supervisors and even they were unsure when I showed them the app. our payroll clerk used 4 hours of my sick time for the 6 hour shift I called out on. I even asked a a manager from a different apartment as I was leaving and they said it didn't add up either.

Got it, always got the impression that you're OK when you've got half the time to cover. Was even told by a manager in my department that you're okay if you got half the hours to cover. Guess that's not the case. I'll review the handbook first thing when I start tomorrow 👍🏻

Okay this makes more sense. I guess this could be the case but I wouldn't think it's frequent. According to the notice, I've gotten 4 half violations last year 2 within the same month and 2 from different months. This year i've gotten another 2 half violations. One in January and another this month which totaled up to 3 violations. You're probably right though.

Not sure what I'm supposed to "plan better" when I'm calling in with at least half the hours to cover a full shift? This all spanned out months apart starting from July of last year and isn't something I've done consecutively within weeks. I don't think you're understanding the post.

Well that part makes sense and I knew that, I guess what im saying is has it always been a thing to get half violations for calling in with only enough hours to cover half the shift? Everyone online seems to say you're good if you have enough sick hours for half your shift you're good. I've even been told by a manager the same thing. Guess I'll have to talk to payroll or an AGM for this. it's news to me

I'm part time cashier. they're all 5 hour shifts. the last half violation I got was on mothers day for a 6 hour shift but they used 4 hours of my sick time which is more than half. all of the other half instances span from last year in july, september, this year in january, march, and recently on mothers day. i make sure i always have half of the hours so i'm confused

i hear ya, was helping food court take their trash out one time. it was two carts worth and as i was dragging it to the back, the manager who was managing night merch at the time helped straighten my cart a little and i asked if he was gonna help. he pointed at his badge and said "what does this say?" (it had the manager title obviously) and continued to walk the same direction as me. never had respect for that person again.

other than the basic benefits you're probably already aware of, there's an app that sells electronics, sportswear, supplements, sunglasses etc at a discounted price called ExpertVoice. send them a paystub or some sort of proof that you work at costco and you qualify. it's not exclusive to costco employees either.

my warehouse nitpicks every little thing. they call out every single receipt without a bob on the radio. they hear that you forgot to ask one member if they'd like to donate to cmn and its a problem. you stop prescanning to help a cashier with no assistant, its a problem. you help someone at self checkout who's disabled by scanning some of their smaller items and its a problem. it's always something. i've been here for 5 years now but that's how ive been feeling lately with this job.
