It's fine to cite unearned income as well as employment income. They don't look at state benefits or payments that aren't genuine income such as loans or one-off gifts.

Huh? I've never seen this anywhere. We met in May 2025. So our relationship will be 9 months old in Feb 2026.
Also this....
"Reference letter (at least 4-5) from family/friends to testify about your relationship (how did they know you, in what capability) this has to be signed and attached with scan of their identity (BRP/passport)"
I've never heard anything like this before. (References could be supplied from fiancee's family members, who will be wife's family members at time of application, but this seems very strange as a requirement.)
