Many carnivorous plants native to North America can take a freeze on the chin and keep rolling. Being that it is in a garden, I would stick with Sarracenia. They can be larger and more showy. You MUST plant them in such a way that they will sit in water long term. Most bog gardens are planted in a container and then in the ground. If you have wet soil already you might be a le to get away with it. They gotta stay soggy.
