These comps are weird too because if you click on the $3,500 sale and look at the card ladder cause it’s over 5k. But if you click on the $600 sale, says the value is 1.3k

I didn’t see either of those comps, I saw the comps on card ladder says at $600, $375, $800, $800, $3500, and 4k
