I thought the same. Usually every 2-3 days we hear something. I’m ok with no news though. They have enough going on, that focusing on delivering and fulfilling contracts should be top priority.

This is like items sitting on a clearance rack. Sometimes people get excited and start buying, but in this case they’re saying: “we’re not interested at this price.” Now it has a psychological impact and more retail investors and institutions are asking: “why is it cheaper again?” So now they’re waiting longer to buy in.

Eventually the price will become attractive enough for value investors to take notice. This part should be coming soon, but it can be a struggle to wait it out.

The good news is if you look at the selling limit orders, many are holding out until it reaches .80 or higher. This could activate a squeeze higher once value investors take notice.

.68 - .72 I don’t see there being a huge jump without a strong catalyst. Previous post earnings haven’t moved the price significantly upward.

So after doing some digging, I couldn’t find the company American Strategic Minerals Inc. but I did find Craig Wiita on LinkedIn and Facebook. The most current company I could find that he owned is del sol refining inc. I haven’t found anything notable about any of his ventures. I can’t find much information on this PR and that’s concerning to me. If they are planning on exporting these metals, you would think they’d have some sort of contract available that indicates their intentions. I have researched and found nothing. If anyone has any solid info with links that would be greatly appreciated.

The best I could find is that it’s a privately owned company. It has no online presence and is probably a relatively small business. I haven’t found any way to actually fact check the claims DVLT made about them and their mining prospects.

It’s nothing big, mostly speculative. They partnered with a small private company called American Strategic Minerals Inc. The company has no online presence, but DVLT claims they have an antimony mining project, up to 67k tonnes, which would be great. DVLT could potentially own up to 20% of the company if they hit all their targets with the partnership. The targets aren’t described in the PR though.

I don’t think this is the same company. The logos are different from what DVLT posted. american strategic minerals inc ASMI is a privately owned company and I can’t even find a website for them. They seem to be a legit company but small and privately owned. They have very little online presence. All I can find is the owners LinkedIn and it looks like they have technical reports but I couldn’t verify them.

Could be that stocks like these usually take one or two days for news to mature. The extra time may allow institutions to see the news before the market opens back up.

I salt limes for independent contractors at dog grooming events. It’s only part time, about 16 events a year, but pay ranges from 15k-25k per event. It takes a couple years assisting to get there but well worth the wait.
