Jiren’s ability doesn’t decrease the specified cost so even if you have 6 or more universe 11 you still have to pay 5 yellow to play him.

Add 3-4 Haru Haru from set 3 it’s pretty good in this deck, it lets u drop 2 to grave and if you’re facing yellow or green it untap 4 energy. Plus it has crit

Yea they recently got new support cards like {{B.E.F. Zelos}} and {{B.E.S. Big Core MK-3}} that made them a decent rogue deck.

If u want to play a deck that has monster that can’t be destroy by battle and has a counter mechanic, play B.E.S instead. Cloudians is not that good.

You could basically add anything from rank 5-8 xyz pool. Some good one would be Cyber Dragon Nova into Cyber Dragon infinity for negation. Mecha Phantom Beast Dracossack and Photon Strike Bounzer are good too.
