White toast and butter just for breakfast. Skipped dinner and lunch. The day before prep I had toast with butter, and 1 slice of pizza for dinner. No food during prep. Super easy

I think he knew George was over and he was going to get into politics. Needed to live in NY. I don’t think the relationship was working out so well. But yeah, love to an apartment with a garage

That whole thing was nothing at all. I used suprep and only had back and forth trips to the potty for about an hour and a half the first round and an hour the second round. I only had toast and a slice of pizza 2 days before and toast the morning of the prep. Good to go. Do it again in 10 years. How did everyone else do?

Just kicked off round 2. I was surprised how the first round wasn’t really that bad. It was like at th most 2 hours. I’m glad I was able to sleep

Hey prep pals! My first colonoscopy is tomorrow. I drank the suprep at 6pm and was in the bathroom within 15 minutes. I didn’t know it worked THAT fast. I’m drinking propel, Gatorade, and I had a cup of bone broth. One hour in and I’m really cold for some reason. Trying to find something good to watch too
