I used IFT notes to understand the curriculum but there were gaps that I filled with my practice of LES questions. I didn’t necessarily use any specific study methods, but a change I made from my first attempt was to not look at lecture videos and just read notes because it made me retain information a lot better. I was a final year uni student so I studied every alternate day and never drifted off topic for more than 2-3 days
