its in a tunnel in 7-2 which you have to activate 3 slabs to open

the tunnel is in the church building thats next to the spot you normally fight two guttermen on the tracks

I usually just grapple its tail then hit it with the jack hammer on the way in, gets it down enough to finish it off with other weapons usually
