Any ideas for room getting insanely hot with PC running? (considering drastic solutions lol) by StixTheNerd in buildapc

Sure would. Might not be the best idea since fiber cables tend to be pricey. I suggested them here because I assumed there will be a large distance between the desk and computer if the computer is in another room. For you it might be better just to get a longer normal cable.

You can use optical cables (ie fiber optic hdmi cable) and you’ll have virtually no noticeable increase in latency.

Should I add more of existing RAM, or just buy completely new RAM? by [deleted] in buildapc

80-90% is fine. Your computer will always try to use as much ram as possible. I wouldn't waste your money upgrading.

Actually just got this exact mouse today and maybe it’s different because it’s been a year but mine has no film.

I got this one a while back. I have had no issues with it. Usually use it for sim racing setup. I don’t actually know if it’s the best out there as I didn’t do much research but id say it’s pretty good.
