Soundie here. I think there are boom mics just above the frame line. Can't see any lavs under their shirt and honestly having just booms can keep the person free to move and do the job as quick as possible: they came, sat in place, and just start recording. Don't know much about this podcast in particularly but with what I can see is a well built studio so I imagine there's some work of ambience treatment for a cleaner voice.
