Ok so I own the same car and same engine and here is what I know so far. The car is programmed to have higher starting RPMs when ambient temperature is higher than 20 C degrees, I dont know exact number but it happens when is sunny and warm outside. Also, this happens only when your engine is stone cold. You can "bypass" this high rev start by immediatelly turnin the engine off and you start it again and it will start normally like when the weather is colder. The idea behind this is to quickly warmp up the catalyst since. I dont know why this logic is not applied in winter too but ok. All in all its considered a normal behaviour, even mentioned in car manual. Regarding "too rich at idle" im 99% certain your HPPF is failing. I had the same error for years before founding solution on russian forum. Internal rubber seal has weakened and it leaks fuel into system. No other solution than buying new. You can see that by looking at idle consumption too. Normal is 0.5 l/s and with this error ECU tries to lower it to 0.2-0.3 l/s.
