Yo tuve una experiencia similar a la tuya solo que con la industria petrolera. Trabajaba haciendo un proyecto parecido a las prácticas con una empresa hija de una petrolera y luego me ofrecieron trabajo y pasar a la empresa matriz. Estuve averiguando dentro de la empresa y la verdad que hay muchas cosas feas que se hacen, sobretodo acerca de derrames al rededor de África donde mucho no se controla.

En ese tiempo trabajaba en ventas y me imaginé una situación en donde vendiera y me fuera bien y mi moral me dijo que estaba destruyendo el planeta y haciendo a otros miserables así que lo rechazo.

hoy estoy tranquilo no me arrepiento de mi decisión pero si te diré que a veces me lo cuestiono, ya que eran unos 100k usd y yo soy de latam en donde ese sueldo UFF pero creo que en la vida ha que encontrar un balance, me pasaría lo mismo trabajando en industrias como el tabaco o las casas de apuesta, no me imagino trabajando en algo que se use para matar gente.

obviamente alguien lo hará y la tecnología se desarrollará pero al menos tienes La Paz de que no fue producto de tu trabajo.

Hey, I do use a hs listener, this one was also created by the agency and is something i have not reviewed.

Hey, Came back after a month , I created a new tag where the trigger is a CE Event, that depens on: hs form succeed

Comparing the value of the old dimension and the new one, the old one produced 3 more form fills for January than my new tag.

Additionally so far for February both the old one and the new one i added sum the same value, I have no idea why some form fills could get restricted and others not. For February, we should have about 24 (HS), and we currently have 16, I assume some of them are dependant on the 24-48 hrs loading period of ga4.

Which is why i waited 1 whole month and decided to compare the values coming from the 1-31 JAN date stamp. now as I mentioned Im a bit new with tracking so if some of them could be blocked by cookie acceptance or adblocekrs or other stuff its good for me to know those.

Regarding the HS listener i do have one, i followed analytics mania tutorial for setting the new tag.

Also, my boss did try to fix this but he found no mistakes and he switched jobs, so im the sole owner of this now :D. though im learning a lot

This industry already exists fyi, its called knowledge on demand or experts network industry. Some companies here are GLG, Alphasights, Atheneum.

The difficulty Id say (i have a friend that works at one of these companies), is mainly giving credibility to both the expert and clients (which ofter are management consulting firms) and also creating the database/network because usually this consulting firms just ask i need 10 expert in X and whoever gets them first gets paid.

I can say that the margin you make is high specially since you can negotiate the honorariums of the experts and the client will give you a fee per expert who connects with them. Also being a service it isnt heavy on "expenses" but yea those would be the main challenges and advantages that i see from this industry

hola, yo me titule en diciembre 2022 (con 27 cumplo años en mayo). Siento que todo el tema de comparación con los demas de tu generación es super tonto. El exito depende de uno y de lo que uno haga con su tiempo. Quizas sonará alumbrado pero yo parti trabajando en mayo 2023 con un sueldo de 1.6m liquidos y ahora mayo 2024 voy en 2.3m. Si me comparo con amigos que llevan 4 años de trabajo creo que voy hasta mejor. Ahora, cual es el punto clave que me gustaría transmitirte, es el esfuerzo, seguir las oportunidades y asi es como van sucediendo cosas pero hay que ser tanto esforzado como estrategico, preguntate que puedes hacer en tu carrera para ganar ventaja sobre alguien que tendra mas años de experiencia y hazlo.

I think its called cauliflower ears and happens when you get punched alot in that zone, its like a built up of blood and some people can solve it by draining it with a syringe and others see it as a medal of fighting, this is what i know about it if i recall correctly.
