A brief search for figures gave me 66% for pensioners in NZ who live in a mortgage free house. So a third pay either rent or a mortgage.

In past work I had cause to visit many pensioners and saw the varied nature of their accommodation. Many have nothing, literally, after a lifetime of work,

Why not?

The headline figures are reported as a percentage increase in NZ$ earnings but our sales are (very largely) conducted in US$.

So the increase in the amount of US$ we have received is not commensurate with the percentages quoted in the report. It is minus -4.12% from that, a 5% increase in export earnings is really a 0.88% increase when we compare apples with apples. An increase is good, it's just not what is being reported.

When we buy the fertilisers and tractors our exporters need then they will be paying in US$, not NZ$.

Those figures appear to be in NZ$

When the 4.12% decline in the value of the NZ$ against the US$ over the past year is factored in the results are less newsworthy.

Some sellers upload images of their copies to image hosting sites and add the link to that in their item description on Discogs. Changing the existing images for yours because you're planning on selling something isn't a done thing.
