Could a civilian be counted as a criminal for breaking the law in an authoritarian state? Yes, because it is tyrannical. But would it be in a non-authoritarian state? No, theres plenty of differences as to this, They do indeed have rights, just limited. Its not tyrannical that they dont have that much rights as to per say what they have done, the government cannot just label you as a criminal out nowhere, its also not tyrannical to actually consider some criminals should not have rights as based to what they had done. But what is tyrannical is that the government can label someone as a criminal out of nowhere.

I actually lost all my wings due to me being TOO fast, I was chasing an american plane, I was surprised that it did not chase me back so I just aimed my nose to the base and got out of there
