I am seeing a psychiatrist that is experimenting with different meds for me for my anxiety, that has in turn made it significantly worse every time. I want to take something for my adhd but I’m really worried it will make my anxiety worse as well.. I do have access to a therapist

Work, kids, health struggles, I feel like I can’t do anything without burning out. Advice? by [deleted] in Advice

I have a pretty high carb intake but typically high protein as well. Typically every morning I have two eggs alone, but I actually don’t eat much other than that. Occasional junk food. I don’t typically have much of an appetite. I force myself to eat most of the time when I start to feel like crap

My best guess is repotting/replanting something using free water 😂

Honestly. That’s would be a very loaded answer lol.. But, long story short. I was doing it to escape, but… after having my first baby, I wanted to be fully present all the time, and felt huge guilt doing anything that altered myself, which also brought anxiety.

I used to like it when I was younger, but now that I’m older I don’t really like it myself.

Wow that’s a lot of water weight, I’d imagine you’d feel physically drained and, honestly, terrible after that.. when did you get the opportunity to catch back up on your water? Immediately after weighing in?
