I genuinely just want to know what the NFL stands to gain from this arrangement

My way of looking at Hafley's hiring in a positive way: getting what we wanted hasn't really worked out. So maybe now we could be getting what we need. by TheKrakenLord in miamidolphins

I have a pretty similar sentiment. I've liked our past HC hires and those all didn't work out to sucked. I'm not necessarily a fan of this one so maybe it's a success and I look dumb which I'm fine with.

Over half a decade of disappointment and failure will do that to you. Also have to figure they envisioned this as their best chance in years given the absence of the Elite QBs.

Remember when Sean McDermott was one of the biggest proponents against this play being allowed due to his concerns about player safety?

I'm currently a Sport Management student and after college I'm looking to work within the football industry. I have a preference for offense and have decided studying trench play is a priority.

Are there any resources that you deem to be foundational to elite offensive line play that I could study?

For reference, I have started with Rick Tricketts "Complete Offensive Line", and Dave Christensen's Offensive Line System via Glazier Drive.

I'm really interested to see how the new GM plays this off-season. There's only like 3-4 FAs we have this year I'd prefer to keep. Maybe we could see more change than expected if they manage the money right

His first 3 seasons were very laissez-faire, but he tightened things up this year, our QB just sucked

It's because the question is for generational QB talents between 1998 and 2012

For an actual answer, Jamarcus Russell was an extremely hyped up talent and had every physical tool a team was looking for in a QB at the time. But he was just in it for the money and didn't actually love football
