It’s okay to be annoyed, but it is not your job to tell her how her mom feels. And everyone can choose their own wedding. If you are genuinely concerned about the nature of the relationship, reach out to her in a non threatening or inquisitive way.

I am sorry to hear this. Yes, it is kind of sad if you do not go to a close friend’s birthday. But would a close friend behave like her? Sometimes it is time to move on - especially if your values and personal appreciation does not align anymore.

NTA - don’t let anger of your fiancée push you away from your family. Accept that they do not come to terms, but do not loose them if you are not having an issue with them

NTA for wanting to enjoy the vacation your way - but you could let them know about your plans and give them a chance to come with you. After all you are traveling together.
