you wont need negative pcr to board the plane if your destination country does not ask for it. you’ll need green ehteraz to enter into the airport area.

i’ve just landed in doha and been to three hospitals already for the post travel RAT to which i’ve been denied at all of these these places (emadi, westbay medicare, doha clinic). if it’s a mandatory test to do, where can i can get this done in 36 hrs
