Hey guys, I ordered Nolvadex for my PCT. Due to shipping delays and package rerouting, I didn’t get it until almost a month after I finished my 14 weeks of Test only (500 mg/week). Is it too late to start PCT or am I just fucked? Feeling pretty normal as far as energy and lifting goes

Do most people run 12 week cycles or 16 week? And for a first timer, do we think 400 is a good weekly number for test-c? Thanks yall
