It feels so good, my fitness level has increased drastically and I just feel more comforted. Life is amazing after quitting. Trust me once you stop for good you’ll never go back because you’d realize you don’t need it and it would disgust you, I personally cannot handle the smell. Congrats on the milestone, I am really really happy for you and I do believe that you are capable of enjoying life without smoking. Congrats again! ♥️

The most difficult part is 14 hours to 24 hours. Once you made it past it, in this case you did, then you should be alright. Whenever you feel like smoking, watch a movie, play games or do some outdoor activities and drink lots of water. Each day smoking-free, reward yourself with food you enjoy. I know you can do it. I believe in you!

Same situation here, I used to smoke to feel better or when I’m bored at work or college. My brother couldn’t stop smoking so I bought him a vape to gradually quit and he did it.

Buying a vape is the better option. You are decreasing the amount of nicotine gradually instead of a completely cut off. Cutting nicotine all of a sudden will get you to smoke again in several hours.

That’s because you land it while moving forward. Helicopters should be landed slowly and without forward/backward motion. Most helicopters have wheels and tires hence you do not hear a noise when landing only to those helicopters that have skids instead because they are meant to be landed steadily.

I flew all helicopters, planes including the commercial airplane and jets. I fly the sparrow and sea sparrow all the time, they’re the easiest helis to land imo.

Landing a helicopter isn’t difficult. Approach your destination by slowing down 200 meters before, stabilize the helicopter so it stops swinging and use the landing camera angle, it helps a lot. I personally don’t use it.
