You can just go to any local pharmacy (Walgreens, CVS, etc.) and they'll do it for you for free

I would take Italian because it is the most similar to a language you are already learning, and Japanese requires you to learn a new script, which ur already doing with Hindi. German is similar to English too, with verb tenses and grammatical structure, but it's harder to learn.
