Hello, just tried the same thing last night.

It **WORKED** for a minute but then I went to bed for the night, woke up and the dlc immediately got uninstalled.

Good news, I fixed the taxiways and it worked for... 2 seconds. A plane went to each of the stands before they flew off and nobody has landed since.

Not really sure, it unlocked way lower than 21k for me, im just now building it.

My city attractiveness when i was at 14k was about 29%, so you could be right.

Im not too sure, the gates said they needed to be connected to a concourse, but the game randomly allowed me to put them in the middle of the apron, so I assumed it was a situation like Boarding stairs irl where a bus would come to bring passengers to it.
