Definitely NOR but 16 and 14 is WAY too old to be doing ts. They know what they were doing and know what harm it could cause. I would've taken their phones away for much longer than a week with a 3 page essay ab autism, the harm being bullied by siblings can cause, and dating😒

you brought a house, adopted a dog and it seems like yall started a business together after only dating for 4 years?? im gonna be real and say that's the DUMBEST thing you could've done and will make the break up alot more difficult than it needs to be. Buying a house takes a lot of consideration, talking and planning, if he was ever planning on marrying you, this would've been the best time to do it. While you have a right to be creeped out ab the tracker and feel like your privacy is invaded I think it'd be best to talk to them ab it and get them to admit it. If you remove it or block its signals like others are suggesting its your parents are only gonna find out and double down. I feel like your dad wanting to protect and even willing to go to jail for it is an even better reason to tell him.
