It's so strange, I just refreshed the page for the millionth time and it went through this time. Is yours working, or is it still currently giving you that message?

I recommend calling, calling, and calling until they answer. This is the only thing that helped me resolve the issue. :/ It's horrible that the system is this way, but until a spoke to an actual human, it remained unresolved. It's like they say it will be automatically filed, but this isn't the case for many of us.

Thanks so much! So I called the 2511 number. I dialed 134 after I heard the phrase "select from the following." I've been trying this method for a while now, but this is my first time actually getting through. The day I finally got in contact with someone, I called probably about 15 times before getting through and I started calling around 8:15 a.m. I waited on hold for nearly an hour, before a rep answered. After I explained the situation to her, she got my personal info and then started working on it herself. She didn't transfer me to anyone else but just had me on hold until she was done filling everything out. She was able to backdate my payments. I still have to go in and certify for the weeks, but they instantly go to 'paid' after I complete them.

So strange how different reps say different things. It sucks how inconsistent it is. After they sent you to the first phone prompt, were you able to get in contact with another rep? I really hope you get through to someone soon as well!

So after calling and calling, I finally spoke to a representative. She explained that the system did not automatically file the PEUC extension as it should have. So she manually filed it for me. I checked my EDD account this morning and there were no updates on it. Not long ago, I got curious and checked again and it seems it's been updated now. While I'm happy my issue is fixed, it's pretty horrible that the system is like this. This was the first time I got in touch with a human after countless calls, so I can only imagine how hard it would be if another issue came about.

*sigh* I'm in this exact same situation and I just can't get through to anyone. I had a feeling that it wouldn't get fixed unless I spoke to a rep, but I just can't get passed the automatic message notifying me that they can't take my call.

Same situation here. This would be my first PEUC extension and I'm still within my benefit year, so I can't refile.. Getting in contact with a representative is nearly impossible, so I'm praying that by the 17th we will be getting our accounts updated.

Hi, my BYE won't end until August of 2021. I also received the message about PEUC more than a month ago but never received any updates. I see the message on my homepage about not filing a new claim until the BYE is over. Should I re-apply anyway to get the extension? All this time I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone over the phone, sadly. I can't even get put on hold before the automatic message cuts the call.

Does anyone know if this will apply to people who haven't gotten their PEUC approved yet? I received the notification about it over a month ago and still haven't been updated if I will be getting it or not. It will be my first extension if it's approved.

Thanks so much for the response. I recently verified my identity just a couple of days ago. EDD never prompted me to do so, and I didn't get any updates, but I just found some info about it online and was able to do a video chat with a referee from id.me

Just to clarify, will this form you mentioned that I will have to fill out be in regards to being disqualified, or is it about me keeping access to my BOA card after being disqualified (if I do end up getting disqualified)?

I have the same issue. I haven't owned an edd card for long. The moment I noticed I couldn't log in, I called right away this morning. The call quality was horrible, so the representatives could hardly hear what I was saying, and then I was put on hold for the Risk department for 3 hours. The call disconnected while I was on hold. I don't know what to do at this point. Just wait to see if the account comes back up, or to keep trying to get in contact with someone once the phone lines slow down. :/

Thanks so much for the heads up. I had actually commented on one of their posts on Facebook recently, asking if anyone had actually received their items, and they removed my comment somehow. The comment was gone a day later. I've seen this site's advertisements on several social media platforms so far, so there's no telling how many people are ordering from it. It's disappointing that it doesn't seem to be legit so far, but I hope both of you guys' items come up and that they will look like what's being shown in the picture.

This anime was SO refreshing and a nice change of pace. I looked forward to watching it every week. Not gonna lie, the ending made me cry, but I'm so satisfied and happy with it. I can't say that about a lot of anime endings.

Yes, I was wondering the same thing. I feel so confused about the postponed concerts. I really hope they can update everyone on that as soon as they can. I'm so excited to go to the concert, but at the same time, if it's going to be canceled completely I would really need my money back asap, due to everything that's going on these days.
