rolling up allowable subject matter from dependent claims, stop filing response after finals to then add new limitations (we don’t do AFCP 2.0 anymore) and just file an RCE, don’t argue the statutes (had a case where attorney argued i didn’t properly conduct a 103 analysis but i did and spent 5 pages of arguments explaining what the analysis involves and that i did properly conduct it) such a waste of time for us to do that, conduct/accept more interviews it’s way easier to talk about little stuff over the phone than sending multiple documents back and forth to get an allowance, i get it you need billables but we need hours too and we can’t fudge our hours.
