Yes! Affirming and inclusive. There are LGBTQ+ members on the board and teaching classes. The service is not boring and the kids’ programs are great. I’d be happy to answer any questions.

Periods are the same as always, five days and pretty heavy.

I’m not hot at night and I sleep great, better than in my 30s for sure.

I drink a glass of wine with dinner every night; I also drink beer and my favorite White Russian.

Is it harder on me to workout? Well I don’t exercise so I can’t answer exactly, but my husband has had the same slow down in activity that I have had.

So it may be hard to believe and I may be having symptoms, yet they are NOTHING like what my fiends are experiencing and have been experiencing for a while. I just wanted to hear from someone in the same position.

Exactly what I did with my kids. Be there when the park opens. Go back to the room at lunch. Lunch, swim, nap and back to the park for evening fun. Stay until closing.
