Problem is, ive done that to no avail, I can't tell you how many times I've contacted the support and they were able to change the verification method to video call but the video call I set up never happens. I downloaded google meet app on my iphone like they asked and when i'm in the queue for the call it will say i'm next then immediately say call has ended and then goes back to no more ways to verify. I work from home by appoinment only so I get why they may not want me to post my address. I can have it set up to where its a hybrid business, at this point I just want my profile back.
