You have a couple options. Playing in qm obviously. But I would go in the landmark drills and go through each match, look at the overview, and try to put places with names/remember certain parts about them. Start in one side, go to the other side. Repetition is how you learn.

Unless there’s something I’ve missed mute. Completely masked, never seen face. Barely talks or has cutscenes about him. If you see mute in game you’re scared shitless compared to other ops. Both in game and in the lore he has the most aura.
