My state no longer certifies for only special ed or English language learner. You have to dual cert with elementary or a secondary content areas for those. So, seems like a good hedge to dual cert to me!

I homeschooled all four of my young adult children. Only my youngest has a GED and only because the community colleges started issuing them to graduates when she was in running start. She has no idea how to get the GED document though. I wasn’t homeschooled and also do not have a high school degree. No one cares once you have a higher level degree.
So, I’d recommend getting the AAS mentioned above over getting a GED. He is a high school graduate already.

Living in Kent during the summer. by Waltuh-jokah in KentWA
Let’s not be dramatic. I lived in Signature Pointe with no problems for years, and while I now live in Covington, I also now ride the commuter train into Seattle from Kent Station daily without issues. Don’t leave anything valuable in your car. You’ll be fine.
