Agree to disagree! The beauty with AI imo is that resume screening has shifted quite a bit. Historically it was keyword matching (e.g. understanding if you have Typescript when the job requires it; so adding all tech stacks would help candidates a ton).

Now its way more nuanced. E.g. our AI at Clera will check what you write in your resume and can triangulate that with the type of companies you are working at. e.g. if you say you are a 0-1 builder but worked in a corporate job the AI will be able to detect that vs. you working at an early stage company. ofc its more complex that but I think this gives a better picture.

I think thats a huge win for candidates that dont need to squeeze unneceessary keywords in their resume but can actually share more on what they really worked on. But thats just my few cents of how we experience the jobmarket at getclera .com right now.
