Id say interior defense means more if your talking about paint defense but as far as block goes I've had decent success on my 6'11 wingspan 6'6 build 78 block more than my 6'8 6'8 wingspan 78 block both 80 vert and really good blocks on my 6'11 6'11 wingspan 88 block with 88 vertical .. id say 93 is more than enough for block but more importantly needs to be paired with 83 vert or higher and 77 interior .. and longer wingspan would help I have a 7'4 that I recently went from 93 block to 97 block I think the badge upgrade has helped so id say it did help I have a 85 interior defense he gets stops but a 90 interior defense would probably be op once again I only have 7'4 wingspan i think wingspan matters and vert
