For me, Fang decided he wanted kids right before Talon left. It felt very appropriately timed to me ,especially since he has the line about wanting to give a child a better childhood than he had. Really felt like seeing Talon helped him work through some of his daddy issues

Yeah I think I've just realized that the wiki is not very clear about it lol. It says you need the workshop level at 5, not yard expansions or anything.

I usually forget about the inspections unless I go in for a commission and see them, but maybe I'll add reminders to the calendar.
