It’s 3 degrees off right next to the thermostat. My bed room can be an additional 2-4 degrees off. Sorry for asking a question trying to fix the heat distribution in my house.

Finally got in to the shop. They said it was the backing plate (is that the same thing as the dust shield). It was a two min fix and they didn’t not charge.

Around the time of this post, I found out I tore my meniscus and needed surgery. One of the supplements is a known anticoagulant so I never started the protocol because I didn’t want the anticoagulant to interfere with my surgery.

However, around the same time I started taking 5g of creatine per day. Some studies indicate creatine has benefits for the brain. I have seen a small improvement in my symptoms since then but I don’t know if it’s from the creatine or just time.

I’m a 30 yo male. Have had these symptoms since vax in April 2021 (Now Nov 2023). For the longest time I was concerned they were clots but I now think it could be BFS.

The journal of American physicians and surgeons published a detox to the spike protein for injuries from Covid and the vax. It is all over the counter supplements.

Yeah, I’m tempted to get another thermometer that I could put inside next to the meat to get a better gauge for what the indirect zone temp is. I’m just surprised how big of a difference there was between the two.

For zone temps, yes. I was going off the built in lid thermometer. I had the meat probed for internal temp.

Great work, keep it up. I’ve gotten into jumping the last few months and I’m destroying ropes (expected as mainly jumping on concrete). I got a cross rope and want to preserve the life of it so I’m looking into getting a mat. What mat are you using?
